Yael heads the practice of family rights legal planning and governance. She is experienced in designing and formulating a variety of documents related to the structuring of medical, personal, and financial rights in the family, such as durable powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney, wills, prenuptial agreements, expressions of wishes and guardianship documents, and more.

Yael’s approach is characterized by uncompromising thoroughness and the ability to combine knowledge from various legal fields with a broad and developed business vision. All this, alongside sensitivity, empathy, and a problem-solving approach, ensures maximum protection of both family assets and the fabric of relationships within the family.

Yael is a trained mediator and a great believer in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution procedures such as mediation. The basis for Yael’s approach is her belief that in most conflicts the parties can resolve the conflict themselves (with appropriate assistance from a mediator) while maintaining control over the design of the solution in their hands.
